34,270 lbs of dragonfruit are being given away today until 4:00pm at our farm (15150 SW 264 Street, Homestead, FL)

They have slight imperfections and should be consumed soon or can be fed to animals.

Enough citrus to make over 10,000 brunch mimosas 🥂✨

Instead of becoming landfill waste and producing harmful methane emissions, these food scraps were returned to the Earth as nutrient-rich compost that helps feed our soil and regenerate our environment. 🌱

.carlosj.finlay what an absolutely amazing day! A field trip where all the students learned about saving our plannet one step at a time through Composting. The students got to plant beans, okra and flowers! They enjoyed sampling herbs, fruits, and learned about the environmental impact of disposing food in a landfil. We are so proud of the students and are happy to be part of this experience!
