We've been providing in-service catering for several pharmaceutical Companies at various Howard Brown Health Clinics in Chicago.
How awesome to get the call, and be told that based upon our reputation for delicious, healthy cuisine, and excellent customer service, that we were requested to provide luncheon for 100 members of the Board of Directors and Regional Managers/ meeting at the Corporate Headquarters!
Attendees enjoyed a vast, multi menu buffet featuring our signature Bourbon Chicken and summer grilled & fried chicken, along with several vegetarian, vegan options, various sides, salads, party trays, beverages and dessert!

Wonderful private plated dinner celebrating the birthday of one of our most beloved Clients/family Evangelist Veronica Kyle! "Ms. Veronica" is gracious, caring, and has a decades long reputation as a champion of educational achievement, career/life development, maintaining a strong community and most of all "Faith, spiritualism, and the love of the Lord....led by example by herself and her Husband Reverend Kyle (d.2024)
The group of 20 ladies enjoyed a delicious 4 course menu featuring our Signature Shrimp and grits, followed by salad, Pan Seared Salmon, Blackened Catfish, "Orzo~Pastalaya", Grilled chicken, Asparagus, Southern sweet potato cornbread and an ole fashioned Louisiana Pineapple Coconut pound cake!

WEDDINGS w/ !! 👰❤️🤵
What a beautiful event! This past weekend we had the honor of providing a sumptuous menu of Louisiana Creole Cuisine for the wedding of our Cafe Creole clients Jo Marie & Brian!!! It was an absolute pleasure being of service to them, their parents and assorted family and friends!
The event, was held at the BEAUTIFUL and ELEGANT Chateau of Orland Park!!
Guests enjoyed a multi menu'd evening featuring Creole inspired "Upscale hors d'eourves", a family style service of Roast Beef and Salmon, and an after-party featuring Traditional Filipino Cuisine starring a spectacular 4'long full roasted Lechon🐖 and Lumpia!
# Special thanks to Executive Chefs Tom & Len (Owners) for opening their house, and welcoming Chef A. Kevin Hall and the staff, as new Vendors /family to their beautiful 40+yr established family business!!!

Wind, rain, thunder, lighting, floods and not even Tornadoes will stop us from delivering!
Even though the offices were closed, the warehouse crew at our regular Clients in NW Indiana still had to work. Due to the storms, there were no local spots for the guys to get lunch When they called!!! ...WE CAME THROUGH!!!
# Chef Baaadazz!!!🧑‍🍳🤣...Had to cook in the dark! (lol!)
# Bourbon Street "wings", Jambalaya, Southern fried sweet corn, pasta salad, garlic bread and a couple 2 litres and some bottled waters that were hanging round the kitchen!
