We LOVE working with the community!
We were blessed to be welcomed into the sanctuary and community center of the Prayer Band of Faith Deliverance COGIC to provide an after service dinner for the congregation Seniors!❤️
The guests enjoyed an "ole school- Sunday after church", dinner featuring our slow roasted Beef Brisket, Chicken Vesuvio, candied sweet potatoes, green beans with smoked turkey, baked Mac and cheese, a loaded gourmet salad, w/house made Avocado cream dressing, and a Louisiana pineapple/ coconut pound cake, made from Chef Kevin's Grandmother Willa Mae's own cherished family recipe!
Much thanks and ❤️to Evangelist Audrey (a member of the founding family of the church) for inviting us to be a part of Prayer Band Church family for the day!

We brought 's and Caribbean flavors to the Dermatology Specialists and Surgical Center of Chicago with a dual menu buffet luncheon featuring our signature New Orleans Bourbon Street Chicken, and Our Zesty Caribbean Jerk chicken pkgs. 50 Doctors and staff enjoyed and array of sides featuring our Vegetarian Jambalaya, Caribe Rice and peas, sauteed Cabbage, Southern fried corn, salad bread, freshly baked cookies and beverages!

Great reviews from our new Clients at The Peotone Animal Hospital! (Great people! I could tell from how they treated the pets that were waiting!,🐕😼)
The staff enjoyed our "Build your own" pasta bar, which features two vegetarian pastas, two different meats, sauteed veggies, dinner salad garlic bread and freshly baked cookies!🍪

At the Church and Community have always been a major part of our foundation and success! We had the honor of providing a family style buffet dinner to the Pastor, First Lady, and parishioners in honor of the Pastoral Anniversary! The guests enjoyed a variety of our delicious Southern favorites including Roasted chicken, Southern fried chicken, Cornbread dressing, baked Mac, candied sweet potatoes and more!
Congratulations to the Pastor and First Lady on their special milestone!

The ladies wore their most stylish BIG HATS as they enjoyed an elegant "High Tea " buffet featuring our Creole spiced whole poached salmon, Chicken Waldorf salad, mini cucumber tea sandwiches and more!
