OK y’all we’re closing for Labor Day and need your help emptying out this cooler. Please come by on Saturday from 11 to 7 and get your dinner! We’ve got chicken enchiladas with avocado cream sauce and rice. We’ve got chicken tetrazzini, chicken with sage cream sauce, meatloaf and mashed potatoes, Mediterranean chicken, Mediterranean vegetables, chicken mushroom wild rice soup, fresh local tomato soup, and much much more.

OK, what are y’all hungry for for dinner? We’ve been feeling a little beefy….soooo We’ve got beef Barbacoa rice bowls or burritos. As well as slow braised beef in a rich red wine sauce. We also have cheesy chicken stuffed poblano’s, vegetarian white bean cauliflower, chili, house smoked salmon and much much more! Let us do the cooking for you!

Have you ever tried our Mediterranean white bean dish? You just throw it into a skillet to heat it up and at the last minute throw in some fresh spinach to wilt down and dinner is done in four minutes! This dish is delicious as is, but also versatile. You can throw some pasta in there (maybe cheese tortellini) and you have an instant pasta dish! You can eat it over rice. You can eat it hot or cold on top of a salad with some cheese and ranch and croutons! You can add olives and tomatoes and feta and enjoy those flavors as an accompaniment. We also have a Mediterranean chicken dish for those who eat chicken. Stop in and try it this week!
