We finally have more burger available. Our beef is grass fed, drug and steroid free. We have had to raise our price due to the increased costs of hay, processing and everything else.

11lbs to 29lbs $8.00 per pound
30lbs and up $7.75 per pound

We are picking up more burger this week. Once this is gone it will be next fall before we have more. Our beef is grass fed, drug and steroid free.

We are selling 3 of our Scottish Highland cows, they are 1200.00 each, they calved last fall and been bred back to the same bull.

Needing to update our pricing since our processing costs have increased several times over the last few years and we are to the point where it's increased so much that we can't absorb them anymore. Our new prices for 2021 and forward are the following:

Ground Beef 10lbs or Less $6.50 per pound
11lbs to 29lbs $6.25 per pound
30lbs to 50lbs $6.00 per pound

We still have a little bit of Summer Sausage at 5.00 per lb.

If you want to place an order for a 1/4, 1/2 or whole the next time we can get an animal in for processing, let us know and we will let you know how far out our processing date will be. 1/4 is $8.50 per lb, 1/2 is $8.00 per lb and a whole is $7.50 per lb. We pay for all processing fees when purchased this way.

Been a while since I've posted on here. We have around 500lbs of burger on hand at the moment and about 100lbs of Summer Sausage, both Regular and Jalapeno/Cheese.

We are running a 20% off sale on the remaining beef we have in stock thru the end of May. We have steaks (T-bones, sirloins, sirloin tips, ribeyes and porter house), roasts, stew meat and short ribs.

We will have pork available starting Monday afternoon. I will post a price list up for it after I pick it up Monday and list out the cuts we have available.

We will have ground beef available in about 3 to 4 weeks as well.
