It's Tuesday (my Monday) and boy oh boy 🤦🏼‍♀️ have you ever just kept going and going and you get tired and overwhelmed and don't want to do anything, but know you need to?

Well you're not alone.

Last week was so busy and blessed that I've not had time to restock or CLEAN and I'm just sitting here hoping that the mess will clean itself snd the restock will magically happen and the truth is.... when we allow the storm outside to create a storm inside we won't get anything done because we allow ourselves to be overwhelmed when in fact we are in control of our emotions and how we allow things to affect us.

So remember we may not be able to control what's going on around us, but we can control how we allow things to affect us. Kindness takes effort, compassion doesn't come easy, but it has a lasting impact, even on ourselves whom we critique all to often.
