Your participation in WaterFresh Farms creates the opportunity for you to put the freshest food on your table, as well as be a part of our commitment to make consistent donations of fresh produce to local families in need. WaterFresh Farms is a CSA, or a Community Supported Agriculture organization, and is not-for-profit. CSA's provide the opportunity for community mem

bers to pledge support to a local farm, where growers and members share the benefits and risks of food production. CSA members pay at the onset of the season for a share of the anticipated harvest; once harvesting begins, members receive weekly shares of produce. CSA’s provide access to local, fresh produce and benefit the community in which they are established. Some of these benefits are reducing fuel and energy costs involved in farm production and distribution, as well as reducing the use of chemical pesticides and fertilizers in our environment. All CSA members receive free admission to our annual “Lehigh Valley Outpost” fall harvest activities. One hundred percent of proceeds generated from our agritourism programs directly supply our general budget, which allows us to donate our surplus produce.
