Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and we decided to make things a little easier for everyone this year!

We’re offering Thanksgiving preorders, from breakfast in the morning to a full Thanksgiving dinner with all the sides and a delicious dessert!

Everything will be homemade by us, so you can spend a little less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the holiday with your family.

We’ll only be taking a limited number of orders so we can make sure everything is done right!

A huge thank you to Clemleddy Construction for trusting The Gathering Table with last night’s private chef dinner!

We had such a great time putting together this menu and creating a special evening for everyone!

We started the night with a beautiful welcome charcuterie spread, followed by an evening of delicious food, including:

•Seared Scallops with Brown Butter & Herbs

•Prosciutto & Burrata Crostini with Hot Honey

•Beef Wellington Bites

•Burrata & Arugula Salad with Prosciutto, Tomato, Basil & Balsamic Reduction

•Filet Mignon with Red W**e Reduction

•Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Herb Beurre Blanc

•Truffle Parmesan Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus & Panko Crusted Mac and Cheese

There’s something we really love about private chef dinners. Getting to come into someone’s home, prepare a beautiful meal, and let everyone enjoy their evening without having to worry about a thing.

Saturday at the castle 🏰

We really thought we were going to get SO much content from this one… and then Saturday happened 😂

We started bright and early with breakfast, followed by lunch, and pretty much did not stop moving long enough to remember that pictures were a thing.

Homemade cinnamon buns, breakfast, fresh salads, wraps, croissant sandwiches and a whole lot happening behind the scenes.

These are the days that are absolute chaos while we’re in them, but also the days that remind us how much we love doing this.

And if you haven’t been to the hilltop castle you MUST put it on your bucket list!

Homemade means homemade. 🤎

Our cinnamon rolls aren’t always going to be perfectly round or look like they came off a factory line. They’re rolled by hand, layered with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
sometimes they’re a little messy.

But oh my GOD are they good.

Soft, gooey, loaded with cinnamon sugar, topped melted biscoff and cream cheese frosting loaded with Biscoff crumble and of course more Biscoff drizzle.

They may not be perfect circles, but we’re pretty confident you won’t care after the first bite.

Fair warning: they’re slightly addicting.

Friday night kicked off a full weekend of events for us with the sweetest welcome party!

Such a fun night getting everyone together, serving some really good food, and officially starting the wedding weekend. We loved being a small part of such a special weekend

And this was only day one… today we headed to the castle!

A busy weekend ahead for The Gathering Table!

We’re heading into a full weekend of events, starting tomorrow with a party for 125 guests.

Then Saturday morning starts bright and early with breakfast for 70, followed by lunch for 80.

Lots of prep, lots of cooking and probably lots of coffee 😂 But these are the weekends we love.

We’re so grateful to everyone who continues to book us, recommend us, and trust us to be part of your events. Time to get cooking!

WE’RE BACK!

After a much needed week away , The Gathering Table is officially back, rested, recharged and ready to get back in the kitchen.

We’ve opened up some additional availability for October and November, which means we have room to take on a few more events before the holiday season gets into full swing!

Weddings, bridal & baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, private chef dinners, holiday parties, family gatherings, drop-off catering big or small, we’re ready for it.

This year has been absolutely incredible for our little business. We’ve gone from hoping people would trust us with their events to catering multiple events every single week, and we genuinely cannot thank you enough for every booking, referral, share and recommendation.

If you have an October or November event you’ve been meaning to plan, send us a message and let’s talk food. We’re also currently booking weddings and events into 2027.

Okay, we are officially taking a WEEK OFF.

The last four weeks have been absolutely insane. We’ve been doing 3–6 events a week, while Brandon has also been working 80 hours every other week as a CNA. And while he’s doing that, I’m home with our four kids, basically solo parenting and trying to keep everything running over here too. So between the events, his work schedule, the kids, and just life in general… we are TIRED. Like, really tired.

We love what we do more than I can even explain, but I think we can both agree that we need a minute. So we are hopping on a plane and spending some much-needed time together. No events, no running around, just us getting a chance to breathe, enjoy each other, and hopefully remember what it feels like to sleep.

For anyone who already has an event booked with us within the next two weeks, nothing changes for you. We will still be available for any questions, changes, or anything else you need. We’ve got you.

If you are looking to book a new event, we will get back to you as soon as we are home. We promise we aren’t ignoring you, we’re just taking a very necessary little reset.

And honestly, we just want to say THANK YOU.

To every single one of our clients, thank you for trusting us. Thank you for recommending us to your friends and family. Thank you for coming back to us. Thank you for helping us turn an idea and a dream into an actual successful business.

We really could not have done this without you.

And because we want to give some of that love back, we are going to be hosting a FREE COMMUNITY DINNER in October.

This will be for our amazing past and current clients, future clients, friends, family, and honestly anyone who just wants to stop by, eat some good food, and hang out with us.

More details on that are coming soon.

For now, we are going to go enjoy a week together, get some sleep, and hopefully come back a little less exhausted and a whole lot more ready to take on whatever comes next.

Last night we had the pleasure of cooking for one of the sweetest family’s. They were all together just celebrating life and you could feel the genuine love and happiness they had for one another when you walked in the room.
