Our heritage-breed pigs are Berkshire and White Chester crosses. They root and forage in the shade of a large wooded lot. Our animals do not receive hormones or preventative antibiotics. We're proud to partner with a selection of local whole-animal butchers who skillfully cut each steak, roast and more by hand with care and attention to detail. We also offer smoked bacon, smoked ham, sausages, and favorites like our ground short rib blend - all made by hand in small batches.
