For the Panino we start off with a freshly baked Focaccia Barese with tomatoes and olives, we spread Taleggio cream, we add charred mix veggies and top it off with delicious Prosciutto Cotto 😋

For our Pizza al Taglio Special, our blend of Quattro Formaggi which features cheeses such as Black Lemon Gouda, Gruyere, Fontina & Stracchino. Topped with Porcini Mushrooms, Speck and Parsley.

Today’s Panino del Giorno is one of a kind. We begin with infusing activated charcoal into our 72 hour fermented dough. After shaping it (into the Panuozzo style bread) and baking it, it’s filled with creamy Gorgonzola Dolce, Luganega Sausage & Sautéed Porcini Mushrooms from Calabria. Do we have to say anything else? I think the photo speaks for itself 😉
