Red Bat Brewing Company Soon to be the Best Microbrewed Handcrafted Beer on the islands =) SO here is the deal.

I will be trying to keep constant updates on my brewing process and the growth of my business here on Facebook. When I post new brews you can ask for an invite to the tasting if your going to be in the area. At the tasting and also through email you can place orders for any brew I make. I will being posting the styles and costs on my website, www.redbatbrewing.com once I get it setup properly.

2nd attempt at the DIPA yielded even better results, I think on the next batch im going to incorporates some rye in the grain bill. Also, supposed to have a few pounds of fresh Georgia Pecans coming my way to experiment with for my "Georgia Pecan Porter" =)

OK, So I am doing a FULL revamp on my Label and Logo. I am however keeping the Bat itself, since my bro Edwin did such a killer job helping me with it. Ill post updates soon. I'm going for something less classical and more creative and my style.

First attempt at my one of my flagship brews went well, gonna up the IBUs to round 95, maybe 98 since i like 8's, and boil some sugar cane in it next time to fill it in a lil. Yum
