Today is my last day as owner of Lahaina Tacos.

To everyone who supported us this past year — thank you from the bottom of my heart. Every visit, share, recommendation, and kind word meant more than you know.

This business was built with love, hard work, and the support of this community, and my family and I will always be grateful for the memories made along the way.

Although I’ll be stepping away, Lahaina Tacos will remain in the family and continue under the ownership of another family member. I’m thankful to have been part of its journey and excited to see it continue serving the community.

A cheese chile relleno is a classic Mexican dish made from a large, mild green chile that’s stuffed with cheese, dipped in egg batter, and lightly fried until golden and fluffy. Served with homemade tomato sauce 😋
