This is just the main 3 reasons I have decided not to plant any crops this year. Thankfully I’m in a place I can set out and still survive. To all the other farmers out there who are unable to set out, we are praying for yall. With cost to plant going up and cost of living steady climbing it’s getting harder and harder for farms to survive.

I still plan on selling corn this year,

My daughter was feeding the horse but he got more than the grass. When she screamed he je**ed backwards , luckily she knew to go and not fight . She did find out electric fence was on in the process to.

I have approximately 200 bags of corn left for hunting season. $8 bag

I also have 70 bags of ground soybeans I need to sell $12 bag

I will be taking an off the farm job so I decided to not get anymore corn for this hunting season.

Like to say thanks to all my loyal customers that help keep my farm moving . 2026 will be slightly different, if I decide to bag corn we will only be doing bags no drums, tote, wagons . Thanks again for supporting a local farmer with a locally grown product.
