Harvest season is here! Squash, pumpkins, root vegetables and all those gorgeous fall flavors.

One of my favorite ways to use Iliana Maura Divinely Dairy-Free Butter is simply to roast with it. Toss your favorite fall vegetables with butter, add a little salt and your favorite herbs, and roast until golden and caramelized.

Simple. Delicious. Divinely Dairy-Free. ✨

Asparagus with Iliana Maura Designer Butter! Garlic salt, salt and pepper, balsamic, bake for 20 minutes and then roast until crispy on top. Yum!

Honored to share that our butter has been nominated in two categories for the 2026 Oregon Entrepreneurs Network Entrepreneurship, "Deep Roots, Bold Growth" awards. We are up for: 1). The Development Stage category and the Trailblazer category. "Early, Development and Growth Stage Awards encompass a variety of criteria including financial achievement, traction, team and social impact. 2). Trailblazer will be awarded to an individual company that has demonstrated creativity, originality, and entrepreneurial spirit in its pursuit of new ideas and innovative solutions. Successfully paving a new way in existing markets, or creating new ones, through their strategies, products, services or approaches in their industries. Thank you for this nomination! The awards show takes place on Thursday, November 12th at the Sentinel Hotel in Portland. Hope to see you there!

Congratulations to all the finalists/winners. I loved hearing and seeing everyone’s pitches and meeting so many dynamic, humble and inspirational people. Huge thanks to the Mid-Columbia Economic Development District for this honor!

Even a power outage couldn't stop us -- Kaahreena walks away as the Grand Prize winner with a $10,000 check!

Second place was awarded to Iliana Maura, walking away with $2000.

Our three runners up walked with $1000 each, and a hour consultation with Narwhal Law and Business Strategy. A special mention to Tenn Tools for our crowd favorite and an extra $1000! Great work to Brick City & Games and Hilltopados for their pitches and accomplishments at the finals!
