We use red cabbage for our beet apple kraut. It’s amazing. Springy, crunchy, juicy goodness. Add some beets some amazing PNW apples and a little red onion.
Our Beet Apple Kraut goes great with so many meals.
My personal fav is on pork tacos or with cheesy potatoes.

National Pickle day !

Pickles and humans are intertwined and we just can’t get enough of those crunchy, salty , sour pickles.

A little spice and garlic and DILL go along way in making great pickles.

Ours are different, no vinegar, no cooking, raw naturally fermented in Himalayan pink salt and full of lactobacillus 🦠

Our pickles can be found in the PNW and in Oregon and in Oregon and Washington as well as many co-ops through out the PNW.











And many other independent grocers and markets in the west.

We make all of our fermented foods by hand, no copackers or robots here.
