Fox-Tail C***r comes with a long history of family farming in Oregon. It all started in the late 1800's with a German immigrant who planted apple trees to export apples back to Europe. August Paasch created the Paasch packing label for domestic and export. He continued farming with his sons into the 20th century. Every fall August would crush up a few barrels of raw squeezed apple c***r and let it

naturally ferment. He was always a big hit when he'd bring the barrels back out for the New Years Eve party that following winter. Five generations later, his Great Great Grandsons still work the land. Growing not only apples, but pears, cherries, peaches and more. In 2009 Bob began doing test batches of hard c***r. Foreseeing that in the next few years there would be a reemergence of the c***r industry. (C***r was America's drink of choice before prohibition.) In 2013, Fox-Tail opened its doors in the heart of the fruit growing area of the Hood River Valley.

Change in date! Our Farm to table event is mixing things up a bit. Oct. 10th at 6pm, we will be bringing great food, beverages and time together for an evening in the c***ry you won’t forget. Call the c***ry today and purchase your tickets. They are selling fast and our cap is 30 for this event. 541-716-0093 between 11am-6pm.

*Salad with your favorite c***r
*3 smoked entree choices with w**e from our neighbors.
*Dessert and spirits from our distillery.
All food will be crafted using produce and products from the fruit stand and prepared by the amazing 1982 Catering Crew.
