😂🔥 Ohhh yeah!! That bark is where the magic happens! Three hours on the pellet grill and those baby backs are looking LEGIT. That color is talking! 🤤

Low and slow, smoke working its way in, fat rendering down… man, once those things get tender and the meat starts pulling back from the bones? IT'S GAME OVER. 🍖🔥

Me, my wifey and our daughter at Home Coming. Been volunteering for Delta High School snack back cooking on the grill. Was able to help the Seniors make over 2k this last game. Not bad as the 1st game was around $800. Been very rewarding to me to be involved.

Breakfast before church this morning! 😋 Chorizo, potatoes, and fresh eggs from my own flock. 🥚🐔

If you haven’t tried my cooking when I offer it, you truly don’t know what you’re missing! 😉 I love being able to share good food made from fresh ingredients.

A little culinary background for those who may not know: I completed my externship at Centro Cocina in Downtown Sacramento and graduated top of my class from Le Cordon Bleu. One of my instructors there had been an executive chef at some very well-known locations. Last I heard, he had opened a steak restaurant up toward Reno—I believe.

Cooking is something I’ve worked hard at, learned from some amazing people, and genuinely love sharing with others. ❤️👨‍🍳

Now… time for breakfast and then church! 🙏😋 Jeremy Hodges Hodges Custom Tables
