Dreams n' Baked Good is introducing DreamCakes this Year! Check monthly for different flavors!

A life-long student of art, I'm always working to perfect my skills through classes, practice, and good, old-fashioned experimentation. I've worked extensively in various media, but my favorites are jewelry, craft sewing, glasswork, and watercolor. Dreams N' Baked Goods (which coincidentally does not provide baked goods, though I do eat a lot of them ;) is my fledgling effort to introduce my uniquely inspired pieces of art and jewelry to the world (Fly away my darlings... Be Free!).

This thing is 4 desserts rolled into one with 3 whipped cheesecake flavors (Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Coconut) Swirled around a double toasted marshmallow, sandwiched between 2 shortbread cookies, and topped with chocolate ganache, gooey caramel, and toasted coconut!

I think I just stumbled onto Dessert Nirvana!
Imagine, if you can, the unbelievable combination of Millionaire Shortbread and S’mores with a tropical twist! Introducing the Billionaire S’amour!

This thing is insane! Its like 4 desserts all rolled into one with 3 whipped cheesecake flavors (Chocolate, Marshmallow, and Coconut) Swirled around a double toasted marshmallow, sandwiched between 2 shortbread cookies, and topped with chocolate ganache, gooey caramel, and toasted coconut!

I will only be making them as 3” Minis at $5 each (due to both their complexity and oversize-ed-ness ((They are seriously like 2 Minis in one, so really a great deal))

Pickups will start either Wednesday the 30th or Thursday the 1st. Preorders paid immediately will reserve your desired number of Billionaire S’amours. Otherwise they will only be available until sold out!

Photos are my test batch and not ‘Sandwiched’ but the pickups will be!

For Mother's Day I’m making the Original and my Mom’s personal favorite, the Black & White Truffle DreamCake!

$3 for a 3” Mini
Minis will be available for pickup starting Wednesday, May 7th until sold out. They can be pre-ordered with payment in advance.

Minis are made on a flourless chocolate torte with swirled white and chocolate whipped cheesecakes topped with a drizzle of smooth chocolate ganache and chocolate shavings.

$35 for an 8” round (nearly 3 lbs!) - Serves 6 to 8+
All Full size must be ordered and paid for by Wednesday, May 7th with pickup on Saturday, May 10th.

Full size feature a flourless chocolate torte base with layers of decadent white and chocolate whipped cheesecakes topped with a smooth chocolate ganache and trimmed with white chocolate piping and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings.

Cherry Chip Cheesecake Minis are the perfect valentines treat and they are ready for pickup! I have a limited quantity so don’t wait or they will be gone!

-$3 each for 3” minis- Each pastry box holds up to 3 cheesecake minis!

A vanilla blondie base filled with cherry chips is smothered with whipped white chocolate and maraschino cherry cheesecakes and topped with sliced maraschino cherries and white chocolate shavings!

Last Chance Pick Up for Christmas! I have limited stock of both Orange and Peppermint and will still do pickups until 3pm tomorrow (Christmas Eve). Also, check out my classy new pastry boxes! Each can hold up to 3 cheesecake minis!

My 3" Mini Cheesecakes (Dreamcakes) are baked and ready for pickup in Chocolate Orange and Peppermint Truffle! $3 each and all Gluten Free (but I promise they don't taste like it)😉

Chocolate Orange is a torte base with a fresh and tangy mandarin jelly center with swirled orange and chocolate whipped cheesecake and truffle crumbles on top!

Peppermint Truffle is a torte base drizzled with peppermint ganache and with swirled peppermint and chocolate whipped cheesecake and crumbled peppermint crunch and chocolate truffles on top!

My Pumpkin Spice cheesecake (DreamCake) is BACK for Thanksgiving! I’m only doing one batch this year so orders must be placed and paid for TODAY!

$30 for an 8” round- Serves 6 to 8

The Pumpkin Spice DreamCake starts on a thick, buttery graham cracker crust layered with creamy pumpkin pie. Double whipped cheesecakes follow, first pumpkin, then cinnamon with piped edging and a pool of smooth caramel sauce. For the perfectly sweet and crunchy finish, chopped candied pecans are sprinkled liberally on top (optional).

DreamCakes are best served lightly frozen, just put in the fridge or let thaw on the counter briefly before serving for a smooth frozen custard-like texture.

May- Black & White Truffle (GF):

May is Mother's Day and we are celebrating with my Mom’s personal favorite, the Black & White Truffle DreamCake!

The Black & White Truffle DreamCake is a formal delight on a flourless chocolate torte base. Decadent white and chocolate whipped cheesecakes are filled with chopped truffle and thickly layered and topped with a smooth chocolate ganache trimmed with white chocolate piping and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips. For true chocolate lovers, this cake is a dream come true!

Orders must be placed and paid for BEFORE April 30th and will be available for pickup from Hooper, Ut on:
🍰 Friday, May 10th
🍰 Saturday, May 11th
o Grantsville pickups will be determined by my currier’s schedule but will still be available on or after the dates listed above.

If you haven’t tried a DreamCake yet… they are decadent trifle deserts made of whipped cheesecake layers mixed with other wonderful flavors, toppings, and treats. Made from scratch, they come frozen and store like a dream! *DreamCakes kept in a frozen state retain their quality and flavor beautifully (recommended consumption within 3 months).
