Happy Belated Easter / Passover & Spring!
Spring is starting to bring its "fun" to the farm with snow, rain mud and occasionally sunshine... but all this soon means loads of fresh luscious grass for the herd! We usually plan for the first grazing on pasture to begin late April/early May! In the meantime we're keeping busy with, baby chicks, a few early baby calves with more to come and a quick trip back to PA for farmer Erin and Lauren & family to visit our parents, their cows and soak in some unseasonable warm sunshine around Easter!
Spring also means our last monthly pop-up of the "winter" is this coming Saturday April 11th 10 AM to Noon at the Cheese Traveler, thank you to all who supported us this winter, it is greatly appreciated. We look forward to our regular Saturday markets picking back up in May!

We continue to suggest pre-ordering if you'd like specific cuts, we always bring a little variety with us but to guarantee an item, pre-order via the below form is suggested!
If you would like to order but can't make Saturday the 11th between 10 -12 Mary of the Cheese Traveler has offered to hold onto some orders in her extra freezer space for customers to pickup at another time. We can send you an emailed invoice to pay. Just let us know if you'd like this option!
