An exciting announcement from Willhy Farms
Friday, September 18 will be the last of our weekly deliveries. We are ending the route for all of our retail and wholesale accounts, and from then on everything we make is going to be right here at 24 Classic St., downtown Hoosick Falls.
Everything we make, I fold by hand. As orders have grown, so has the work, and I got to the point where I could not keep doing that for three delivery days and give our little shop all the attention I’d like to. We opened these doors nearly a year ago, and others have opened since. I want Willhy to be one of the reasons people visit downtown. So, this year the shop gets everything we have.
We are not closing. We are not moving. After a busy summer I am taking a short break to rest and get the shop ready, so we are closed September 21 to October 8 and back with the doors wide open on Friday, October 9. And there will be more in the case, not less.

That is how most of you reading this found out we existed at all. Please go keep buying things from these businesses and neighbors who have also become friends.
And if you are a baker or a maker around here looking for a shelf, these are good shops and good people. Go talk to them.
Then come see us and come hungry. We are a short drive from just about anywhere in this valley.
