Since beginning my entrepreneurial journey in 2020, I’ve grown LaFleur from a vision into a brand rooted in coffee, culture, and community, while creating opportunities for young people through mentorship, internships, and hands-on experiences. But beyond business, my greatest passion is creating intentional spaces where people feel welcomed, connected, and inspired while opening doors for the next generation.

I am Tiffaney Strayhorne an award winning entrepreneur, culinary creative, and community builder. I’m the Founder and CEO of Pauline’s Fine Cakes & Desserts and the Co-Owner and Executive Chef of NOIR, located inside the Hoover Public Library.

Since beginning my entrepreneurial journey in 2017, I’ve had the honor of seeing my work featured in Vogue, Essence, and the Birmingham Business Journal, and being named Network Navigator’s Small Business of the Year. But beyond every title and accomplishment, my greatest passion is creating meaningful experiences through food, opening doors for others, and building spaces where people feel seen, inspired, and connected.
