CHIMMICHURRI sauce
2 c parsley
2/3 c olive oil
6T lemon
2T crushed red
4 garlic cloves
S&p
( I add 1/4 cup romano but not a traditional ingredient)
Put all in blender & puree
This is great on steak, chicken & vegetables
