It’s that time of year already — lambing is just round the corner and we have some very exciting news in that regard!

Carrie and I increased the number of ewes being flushed this year, and in each of our three sets there will be six donors!!

The first group due in November hit the ball out of the field!!

42/47 transferable embryos with a 90% stick rate in the recips!! The AI girls in the group came in cluch as well on ultrasounding day — 90%. There’s gonna be some big speckles to play in next year’s show arenas out of this set—we can already feel it.

WHAT A NIGHT AT THE CENTRAL KANSAS FREE FAIR! A huge congrats to the little lady who helps so much in the barn year round, and dedicated countless hours to her own show string!

Alice had a wonderful county fair this past Friday. It wasn’t luck but pure hard work on her side that got her where she ended up. We are beyond proud of her, and can’t wait to see where she’ll go as the show season continues on.

Congrats to the Gibb Family this past Monday!! What a day Tate and Karlie had with their natties! These ewes have been so much fun to watch, and we cannot wait to see how well they do through the rest of the show season!!

A huge call out to Karlie! It’s her last year in 4-H and watching her show over these past few years has been such a joy. She’s changed and grown so much! We wish you the best of luck at college and through life!!
