As a curious home-brewer, I got started in 2010 on my home stove doing extract batches that my friends still mention to this day, so I knew I was on to something. I moved up to all-grain brewing, built a 3-tier gravity feed stand, and continued perfecting the craft. I've worked since 2015 as a server / bartender part-time, learning the ins and outs of the restaurant industry. The ever-changing tap

lines being filled with delicious brews from very small local operations opened my eyes to the dream of getting a tap handle of my own into the mix some day. I started working part time as a cellarman at a local brewery in 2018 and the dream grew bigger and bigger every day. That inspired plans for a 1/2bbl garage nano brewery. That system has since turned into our pilot system, as we're pursuing a commercial contract brewing agreement to get our product to market! Come with me on this journey as I build the brewery. From homebrewer, to contract brewer, to commercial tap room owner.

Goodbye, 2025! You brought your fair share of new challenges…which means we were moving in the right direction 😉 This year we changed our contract location, started canning, picked up sales at existing accounts, built relationships with new ones, and continued laying the Groundwork toward finding a taproom space.
