Here’s a simple breakdown:

1/4 beef share → lasts about 3–4 months

1/2 beef share → lasts about 6–8 months

Whole beef share → can last a year or more

That means fewer grocery runs, a stocked freezer and knowing exactly where your beef comes from.

Right now, we are booked through June (except for 1/4 still open for June), we are taking orders for July and beyond.

If having high quality beef ready whenever you need it sounds like a relief, now’s the time to reserve yours.
