This week’s firkin is kind of a big dill 🥒. We have a Pickle Pilsner for you, combining a crisp, clean pilsner base with tangy pickle flavor for a surprisingly refreshing and savory sip!

The Firkin will go on sale tomorrow at 10am (it will show sold out until then). You can come pick up your orders starting at 12pm on Friday, when we open up the taproom. This will also be on tap for a limited time starting on Friday! Get your orders in ASAP tomorrow morning 🍻

See what's ahead at LTD!

Today is Giveback Monday, where we donate 20% of today's sales to a local organization. This week we are supporting Reach for Resources, who have been supporting children, teens and adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions throughout Minnesota for over 35 years. Reach for Resources provides individualized services that maximize independence, boost community engagement and improves physical and emotional well-being.

Tuesday we have BINGQ starting at 6:00pm, where you have the chance of winning, crowlers, 16oz pours, 10 oz pours, merchandise and more. The Red Rocket Pizza Company food truck will be at the taproom at 4pm.

Wednesday is week ELEVEN of our newest trivia season starting at 7:30pm. Team scores will be added up each week and an overall team champion will be crowned after twelve weeks. The winning trivia team of the night will also receive a $40 LTD gift card & second place gets a $20 LTD gift card. The Taste of Chile food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm.

Thursday it's The Initials Game Live at the taproom starting at 6:30pm. Three rounds of fun with a different set of initials each round. Each round the winning team will score a $20 LTD gift card and second place will receive a crowler. The Butcher & Bartender food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm. It is also our announcement of the newest Firkin Friday flavor. Our Firkin will be released for sale at 10am on Friday morning!

Friday we have live music starting at 7:30pm with The Beau Baker Band, who will be back in the taproom bringing you all the best tunes 🎼. The Byblos Mediterranean Express food truck will be at the taproom at 4pm.

Saturday we have Cousins Maine Lobster food truck starting at noon, and Sunday, the Twin Cities Tacos food truck will be at the taproom at 2pm.

We’re looking for volunteers to help make the Berry Block Party on July 18th a huge success! Whether you’re pouring beer, helping with setup, checking IDs, or keeping the event running smoothly, we’d love to have you a part of the LTD team!

We’re berry glad it’s margarita season! This week’s Firkin is our Strawberry Margarita Blonde Ale, pouring light and refreshing with juicy strawberry flavor, bright citrus notes, and a crisp finish that tastes like summer in a glass ☀️

Summer isn’t close to being over yet, and neither are the parties 🎉

Join us Saturday, July 18th from 12–10pm for the Hopkins Raspberry Festival Berry Block Party at LTD Brewing Co. as we keep the Hopkins Raspberry Festival celebration going strong! Construction may have put Raspberry Jam on pause this year, but the party isn’t going anywhere.

Dust off your flannel and join us this Friday, June 12th for a night of 90’s grunge favorites under the summer sky.

We’re turning the parking lot into the perfect summer hangout with great beer, great food, and all the hits you forgot you knew every word to.

It's another great week at LTD!

Today we do not have a scheduled Giveback, but the Twin Cities Tacos food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm.

Thats right, our parking lot will be shut down and the beer will be flowing! The Butcher & Bartender (Chris Jack) food truck will be at the taproom at 4pm.

Saturday is our open mic night starting at 7:00pm. Anyone can take the stage to perform; it's a space for artists, musicians, poets, comedians and storytellers. No sign up ahead of time is needed, just come and put your name on the list!

Sunday, the Twin Cities Taco food truck will be at the taproom at 2pm.

THANK YOU HOPKINS 🍻❤️

Twelve years in… and somehow you all keep making this more special than we ever could’ve imagined. We just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. To the people who stayed all day and braved the heat: THANK YOU. To every single person who grabbed a beer, played a game, brought their family, or simply showed up to support us, thank you for being part of what makes LTD so special.

And to our incredible volunteers and staff: this event would not even be close to possible without you. Thank you for all the hard work, long hours, and everything you do behind the scenes to help us throw this party year after year.

We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the amazing businesses and partners who helped make this event possible:
