Next up for new staff, we’ve got Greta! By day, Greta is a second grade teacher in Orono, by night (and weekends), she’s probably hanging out with us or planning her next adventure.

She lives in St. Louis Park and spends most of her free time with her 6-year-old daughter, keeping busy with:, water park days, walks around the city, exploring nature centers, or hanging out with Sky her adorable beagle/dachshund mix! She’s also a big yoga and reading fan, she’s currently reading The Wedding People, but her all-time favorite is All the Light We Cannot See. Fun fact about Greta, she has a twin sister… so if you think you see Greta out and about, there’s a 50/50 chance you might be right 😏. What she’s most excited for this summer? A trip to NYCc so if you’ve got must see spots, send them her way!

🎶 Live music all day on the Niccum Docks, Inc. Mainstage featuring: School of Rock Eden Prairie, The Morning Kings, Retro Soul and the Westside Horns ft. Big Mike, Band 51, and the Shalo Lee Band ft. ManCave

🍔 Food trucks bringing the heat: Burger Daddies, REBEL Lobster, Benny's Bigfoot BBQ, Bad Rooster Truck, Big 10 Subs & Wings, Original Hockey Mom Brownies, and Phat Phil's Mini Donuts

See what's happening this week at LTD!

Today is Giveback Monday, where we donate 20% of today’s sales to a local organization. This week we are supporting the Minnetonka High School Orchestra's Boosters (MOB), which supports orchestra students through scholarships, fundraising, volunteer efforts, and financial support for programs and events. They work hard to strengthen and promote the orchestra program by connecting students, families, staff, and the broader community. The MOB will be hosting their own BINGQ night tonight, along with a live quartet performance showcasing their incredible talent! Visit https://mtkaorchboosters.com/ for more information. The Crepe and More food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm.

Tuesday we have BINGQ starting at 6:00pm, where you have the chance of winning, crowlers, 16oz pours, 10 oz pours, merchandise and more. The Sawatdee Thai Restaurant food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm.

Wednesday is week EIGHT of our newest trivia season starting at 7:30pm. Team scores will be added up each week and an overall team champion will be crowned after twelve weeks. The winning trivia team of the night will also receive a $40 LTD gift card & second place gets a $20 LTD gift card. The Big 10 Subs & Wings food truck will be at the taproom at 4pm.

Thursday it's The Initials Game Live at the taproom starting at 6:30pm. Three rounds of fun with a different set of initials each round. Each round the winning team will score a $20 LTD gift card and second place will receive a crowler. The LC FoodTruck will be at the taproom at 4pm. It is also our announcement of the newest Firkin Friday flavor. Our Firkin will be released for sale at 10am on Friday morning!

Friday we have live music starting at 7:30pm with Bailey Ann & Alex, who will be back in the taproom bringing you all the best tunes 🎼. The Bad Rooster Truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm.

Saturday Taste of Chile food truck will be at the taproom starting at 4pm.

Christian’s joining the crew and already feels right at home! He’s been around for Initials nights (his fiancée actually hosts our Thursday games 👀), so he figured it was time to switch sides and get behind the bar himself.

He lives in Shakopee and keeps busy with a mix of low-key and competitive energy like building Legos with his fiancée, walking his husky around the city (aka a full workout), and playing trivia and Initials (so don’t be surprised if he’s quick on the draw). By day, he’s at Scheels, and by night you’ll find him here keeping the good vibes going.

Another great week at LTD!

This week we are supporting Loaves & Fishes, which is a nonprofit organization serving free, healthy meals to Minnesotans where the need is greatest. Loaves & Fishes serves urban, suburban and rural communities through a variety of meal programs supported by creative food sourcing and food rescue efforts. Loaves & Fishes will be hosting their own 90s themed trivia night from 6-8, so stop in to have some fun while supporting a great cause! Visit www.loavesandfishesmn.org for more information.
