Thinking about my Dad and how he was such a good cook! I LOVED his spaghetti. He would make it with ground turkey and ground turkey sausage, and whenever I had the chance, I’d help him—or at least watch.
He’d make a HUGE pot, noodles and sauce all together, and that was going to carry us until Wednesday…maybe Thursday 😂 Luckily, I inherited his love for leftovers.
And please tell me I’m not the only one who’s made a leftover spaghetti sandwich with the garlic bread! 😂
This Sunday, I’ll be in the kitchen thinking of him and making his spaghetti as if he might walk through the door at any minute.
