Big news for you home cooks out there! We are happy to share our Dirty Rice recipe with you all!

Dirty Rice is a hearty dish that is often seen as a side, partially due to a particularly famous Louisiana fast food chain, but it can also be served as a main course. It is filling and delicious even if you skip the chicken liver in the recipe! (Although we recommend using it. It's realllllly good, and it gives you the true authentic flavor of this classic Cajun delicacy!)

Quick update for all of our dedicated fans and followers.
Ran into a few technical details this weekend but I believe I have them all sorted out. You'll be getting the alert for this week's drop today at 5pm or so. Orders are unaffected, but I did this to reset the schedule to have it work more predictably in the future! Thanks, and sorry for any confusion!
