On April 7th, 8th and 9th Hampton Premium Meats conducted our annual 3 day BRCGS food safety audit at the plant in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. The audit consist of vigorous documentation review of food safety procedures, evaluates all employees and there procedures and numerous inspections of the plant.

We are pleased to announce that we have scored our highest grade yet with a grade of AA!

We are so proud of the hard work and dedication our employees have invested in to Hampton Premium Meats to provide our customers with a safe wholesome product!
