This is my favorite Sunday Dinner Plate that we make! Pot Roast & Nanner Puddin'! We are packing these full with slow-roasted chuck roast, baby carrots, mashed potatoes, house mac and cheese, yams, cornbread AND a single serving of banana pudding. You can't beat the flavor or the price tag!

I spruced up my meatloaf recipe and added a mixture of cheddar, Mozzarella, parmesan and simple seasonings. It was ridiculously delicious! I know you guys love your regular Meatloaf but I'd love for you to branch out and give this a go 🤣😝
