New Year’s Eve Update 🎆

Today is New Year’s Eve and the sausage is smoking!

Just a reminder that Saturday, January 3 will be the pickup day for smoked sausage.

⏰ Pickup time: 12–5 PM

Thank you all again for the continued love and support. We truly appreciate each of you and are thankful to close out the year doing what we love.

Sausage Update – Final Batch

Due to the warmer weather, we will have to delay making sausage this weekend to be sure everything is done safely and correctly.

Our next and final batch will be made on Tuesday, December 30.

• Fresh sausage pickup: Tuesday, Dec. 30 from 12–5 PM
• Smoked sausage pickup: Saturday, January 3 from 12–5 PM

We’ll continue to post updates here and across our social media. You can also call (270) 339-7125 — the latest information will be on the voicemail.

Today was a big one at the smokehouse! We mixed, seasoned, sacked, and hung around 250 more sacks of sausage—all ready to be smoked and finished up, just in time for Christmas morning with family and friends. 🎄🎅🏼

Pickup times for Monday (22nd) and Tuesday (23rd) next week will be posted asap.

$15 per sack
