Farm friends and aspiring chicken tenders,

We are putting together Kosher King broiler schedule for next year and if you'd like to get on a bandwagon of cheap broilers, come along! Bulk ordering cuts prices by 50%!

Chicks arrive during the week listed below and need to be picked up within the delivery week, but I will take care of any mortality within 48 hours of arrival. You will only get live ones of your choice, price will be +10% on top of what I pay (my price last year was $3.35/chick, this year I am hoping to bring it down lower).

Tentative schedule is (week of): 2/7 (American Bresse!, not Kosher King), 2/21, 3/21, 4/11, 5/2, 5/20, 6/20, 7/11, 8/8.

Once we place an order, we won't increase it for under 10 birds. If you purchased from us in 2026, we will reach out to you personally.

A bit of a short notice, but 71 broilers are going to butcher in the morning. Send you special orders before 6:30am. We are planning all wholes this batch except for an advanced small order of halved birds. Packaged feet, backs, necks? Cuts? Anyone? Bueller?

This year’s pigs are all taken, but sometimes people forget that the most “weird” cut can make the most culinary unforgettable meal.

All the tender morsels of a roasted pigs head can be made into exceptional tacos.

Head is salted with spices overnight and then roasted about 7 hours.

What can you make with our chicken backs, necks and feet? Well, if you must ask:

7 gal of beautiful golden bone broth (classic with celery, onion, carrot, black pepper and bay leaf; and “asian” with kombu, ginger, garlic and scallion). Mainly fatless from skimming but the bottom of the barrel has a little fat and I will drink it!

Roasted chicken necks, just salt, garlic powder and black pepper with a touch of oil. Nibble galore with favorite sauce.
