It's that time again - you have a chance to blend your own wine! And we hope you can join us on Saturday, June 16th. This year for Father's Day, don't bother trying to find the latest tech gadget or a "World's Greatest Dad" coffee mug. Instead, give dad what he really wants ... Come be a winemaker for the day. Deanna will select some of the finest barrels of finished wines from our cellars... and give a seminar on how to taste for and blend your own favorite concoction. There will be 4 or 5 different red wines and varietals to choose from. Learn aspects of winemaking with this short course and create the wine you’ve been craving - all while we prepare a delicious lunch for you. Our famed caterer and Wine Club member, Patti Robarts, of Patti & Friends will be at the flames for you! Then you get to test your blend with a huge catered lunch. You know - wine and food pairing! You will have the opportunity to refine your final blend and then you get to bottle up and label your own wine. Each participant will take home a magnum (that’s equivalent to two regular size bottles!) of their own special blend and impress your friends and family.
