🍕 WE NEED SOME MUSCLE! 💪
Our new pizza oven is officially on its way from Castroville, California, and this thing is a BEAST, weighing just shy of 4,000 pounds!
The plan is to get it off the flatbed with a forklift, drop it out front, open up the crate, and then move it piece by piece into the building where it’ll be assembled.
And as they say, many hands make light work!
We’re looking to recruit a handful of strong people to get this thing moved in off the street on Tueday, August 25th in the morning / afternoon.
We’re happy to pay cash for your help, but we’re also willing to sweeten the deal with drinks and an invitation to be official menu testers this fall as we get the new pizza concept rolling. 🍕🍻
