RIP Chef Nicholas Lodge 💚
I think every profession has that one passionate colleague we look up to and learn from. In the cake world Nicholas Lodge was the one for us. He was a cake artist and an amazing and generous teacher. I took my first gum paste flower class from him a few years ago and no one will ever step into his shoes. Big big loss in our world today 🎂 🌹 😢 💚
