Due to someone not wishing to be honest (took a quart off farm stand and only putting $2.00 in cash box -white truck whom i saw driving away fast) we now have a sign at the farm stand that says, when the open flag is flying we will have syrup at the house to purchase.

Pint $12.00

We also have Black Walnut, 1/2 Pint for $25.00. Walnut trees yield is a lot less so the price is higher. It is a nutty Carmel butterscotch flavor. 😋

We currently have some Black Walnut syrup
Only have 3 half pints at the moment for $28 a piece.
Hoping the weather this week starts the real running of maple And Walnut sap and we will make much more of each!!!
We will keep you posted when we make more of each.
Using a new R/O and filtering system this year.
Walnut prices will be as follows:
1/2 pint $28
Pint $50
Quart $$90
We can do half gallons and gallon if anyone is interested
Half gallon $175
Gallon $320

Maple syrup prices will be
Pint $13
Quart $20
Half gallon $35
Gallon $55

We didn’t have a very good Maple season this year, so we are out of Maple Syrup.
BUT We Have some NY BLACK WALNUT SYRUP FOR SALE.
We have added this to our little Maple operation this year.
It has a nutty Caramel/Butterscotch flavor.
We currently only have a pint left for $50
Hoping for another run this next week and make a little more!
You don’t get a lot of sap so thus you don’t make a lot of syrup
Thus it is more expensive.

2024 Maple Syrup Season - We will begin tapping trees early February or a bit later. Will have syrup shortly after first run. Will keep you posted. Thank you to all who purchased in 2023, you made a successful season for us!!!!
