Last night’s service at Co•No•Mo was one for the books! 🔥 We’re still thinking about these plates:

🍗 Protein Stack
Four jumbo tenders on a bed of crisp romaine, served with a trio sauce flight: Garlic Ranch, Midnight Gold, & Roasted Garlic Aioli.

🔥 Midnight Gold Tenders
4 jumbo tenders, fresh-cut fries, lemon chive slaw, and 3 signature hush puppies.

🥦 Midnight Cauliflower Box
Buttermilk-brined cauliflower, breaded and fried to perfection. Served with fresh-cut fries, lemon chive slaw, and 3 signature hush puppies.

🍔 Garlic Gold Combo
Hand-breaded chicken cutlet, 2 strips of thick-cut bacon, lettuce, and tomato finished with roasted garlic aioli on a toasted brioche bun. Served with fries and slaw.

Sunday Vendor Market Menu Update:

Chef Tyler has made a few small tweaks to the food menu for this Sunday… nothing wild, just tightening things up and adding a couple of vegetarian options so everyone has something good to grab.

Food costs also came in lower than he expected (a rare miracle), so you’ll see that reflected in the updated prices. Same quality, just a little easier on the wallet.

Looking forward to a good Sunday with good people.
