Full Time Property Maintenance
If you take pride in keeping properties clean, safe and running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
•Previous maintenance or handyman experience is preferred.
•Strong problem solving skills.
•Ability to lift 50+ lbs & work independently.
•Knowledge of basic tools & repair techniques.
•Your own reliable vehicle & drivers license.
Responsibilities:
•Preform general maintenance.
•Handle basic plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry task.
•Complete work orders in a timely manner.
•Prepare units for new tenants.
Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
•Maintain grounds & common areas.

Good morning FB world! I know I’ve been a bit quiet lately due to just having a lot going on in my world with work and other life matters but we have some exciting things happening!

1) We are actively working with some community partners to organize a neighborhood cleanup this Saturday! Hopefully more details will be known soon on this.

2) Saturday, May 2, we are doing a bike rally at the elementary school (see attached flyer)! We have a bike expert that has volunteered to be on-site to help fix bikes for the kids in our community (checking spokes, brakes, tubes, etc.) and we will have replacement parts to make sure the kids bikes are in working order just in time for summer! The Horton Police Department will be teaching bike safety at the event. Additionally, we have two bikes that we will give away at this event so please come say hello and have some fun!

(RSVPing is certainly not necessary but is appreciated so we can be as prepared as possible! Please feel free to come to the event even if you hadn’t left a comment).
