Brick cheese is very popular in Wisconsin, but are you familiar with it? It’s a cow’s milk cheese that’s soft & creamy when young and pungent and tangy with age. It was rightly TikTok famous a few years ago when Detroit style pizza was having a moment and if you’re making pizza at home this might be the one you want. It’s going to be HOT & if your garden is giving you fresh tomatoes and basil like mine is, here’s a great way to eat them. We have the mozzarella balls in stock & also have a farmers cheese with basil that would be awesome in this recipe. We even have the olive oil and multiple balsamic vinegars, but not balsamic glaze.
