Fresh ham roast is going in the oven to slow cook today. Even though it's just the 2 of us, this roast will make several meals in the months to come for us. After this amazing meal of maple brownsugar glazed pork, we will vacuum pack the rest and freeze it for future quick meals.
Don't be afraid of these big roasts! It's a great way to plan ahead and enjoy amazing Berkshire pork!
More just like these available on our website.

Bulls had to sort things out after being apart all summer covering their own little herds. They went at it for hours. They did play fair, so only came away with minor scrapes and cuts, and a bit sore.
