Music in the Park Hot Springs SD This is an annual community picnic in the park, generally held the Saturday before Labor Day, with music, food, beverage and snack vendors and a Kid Zone.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to bring food or dollars for the local food bank.

We are sad to tell you that there will be no 2023 Jalan Crossland concert. We simply do not have time to organize it. We hope to return next year, but will need help to make that happen. If you know any person (or organization) who might like to raise a little money by doing the leg work for this event, please have them reach out to us. Hopefully we can find a solution!

SAVE THE DATE SEPTEMBER 4TH, SUNDAY. We will start the music around 5:00, at the Centennial Park bandstand.

Sweet & Sassy's will be serving hot dogs and a yummy bean side dish. Bring a dish or snack to share, if you are able. Come and eat either way.

Winner's Circle will sell beer and soda. Bring your own chair.

Music, food and kid zone is free, but we encourage those who are able to bring food or donation for Hot Springs Ministerial Association's food pantry.

Music will feature Kim & The Classics, followed by the Sophia Beatty Band, and of course Jalan Crossland.

Bad weather backup is the American Legion, adjacent to Centennial Park.
