This is the last batch to be brewed in the current ScobiSpace. Building up some inventory until the buildout is finished and approved in the new space.

Many of you deciphered where that is, but for those that don’t, Scobi Kombucha will be in the lower level of our old Hospital, right here in Hot Springs. It’s so cool down there, figuratively AND literally. It was 69° the last time I looked, a couple days ago.

Last night Taylor Davidson and I knocked out 30 cases which will be delivered this coming Monday. It’s a lot easier with 2 people for sure!

This has been a journey for sure, and there’s been hiccups with bottle availability already, but look out after we move fully. Pallets will be on their way.

ScobiFans, there will be ice cold kombucha and some blueberry lemonade, again, at the Hot Springs Farmers Market, tomorrow, Saturday, June 27 from at least 9-noon. It’s supposed to be 92° so we’ll see how long the Scobi dispenser lasts, as it’s the same weekend as the Hot Springs Arts & Crafts Festival. Some Marketers may stay longer than noon.
