Please keep your sriracha in the fridge. If left at room temperature, pressure will build and when it’s shaken, well, it’s volcano action.

It’s a live fermented product and it will continue to consume the honey, and build CO2. The flavor may be off as well.

The label will be updated to reflect that refrigeration is necessary.

These Colorado beauties are bathing in some baking soda water and are headed for the freezer.

I’ll be brewing up a small batch of sauce to make sure the recipe is on par, and after that it’ll be headed to full production. Fermented, of course.
