Please excuse our radio silence, this has been the busiest season we’ve ever known! We have a couple of important announcements:
🍑 First, the end of 2023 Colorado peach season is near, only a couple more days left to get your orders in!

To date, we’ve shipped out 90% of the orders we’ve received this season. The other 10% were, in most cases, were invalid addresses. That means the address provided by the customer was rejected by the carrier’s system when we attempted to print the shipping label.
We’ve experienced record volume this season, and we’ve found ourselves having to prioritize shipping out the current week’s orders, and then our team has been chipping away at the ever-growing Invalid Address list and the backlog of customer support messages in between.
Throughout the busy peach season, we became overwhelmed with a much higher volume of customer service inquiries than expected. We are aware that several customers on the Invalid Address list, and others, haven’t heard back from us yet.
We are working through the remainder of the list this weekend, and hope to have all addresses corrected and orders shipped next week, or refunded if we’re unable resolve the invalid address error.
Thanks to everyone who has been patient, understanding, and sent us kind words. Our team works at a grueling pace during peach season, and we appreciate you very much.
If you’re waiting to hear back from us about an order not shipped or another issue (thankfully there haven’t been many this season), you will be hearing back from us in the coming days.
Thank you for your patience. We understand it’s frustrating to not receive a timely response, and we’re working overtime to catch up on peach season inquiries.
We’re also working to revamp our customer service process to accommodate much higher volumes of requests going forward.
