Grab a made-to-order Neapolitan pizza from Best Slope Pizza to pair with a glass of our Colorado-grown wines. Chef Brandt Bishop crafts hand-stretched pies, made from naturally leavened dough, topped with locally sourced produce and thoughtfully selected ingredients.

How do we feel about Brandt? 😎

We’ve worked with Brandt since day one, when we held our first wine dinner back in 2019. When we visit NYC, we work off any extra calories by walking the city to find the perfect slice. Brandt delivers the best pizza here in Western Colorado, hands down.

And Chefs Dan and Ana?!

We know they’re on par to bringing the creativity, the thought-line, the ex*****on, and the service. We can’t even begin to tell you how excited we are about weekends this summer out here in Colorado wine country.

If you’ve visited our tasting room these past few years, the odds are high that you’ve met Lee and Polly!!

They have both been such amazing friends to work with, and we’re so excited that they’ll be back to help again in 2026!

Last night we treated the team and their spouses (we love you too Mike and Rick!) to an amazing experience at Bin 707 Foodbar in Grand Junction. We chatted about the highlights from last year and what we’re excited for this next season.

We’re so thankful for our tiny team!!

🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 Five double-gold medals!

We had an unprecedented win in the 2025 Colorado Wine Governor's Cup Competition, with five of our white wines receiving double gold medals, and we couldn't be more proud of these winner! Most of these are sold out now, so count yourselves lucky if you scored any of them last year!

✔️ We’ve got your SUNDAY FUNDAY plans dialed in - - - It’s our Fall Wine Club Pickup Party, and we’re hosting an OPEN HOUSE, featuring !! 😎🍕🥂

Join us this Sunday, November 9, from noon until 5:00 p.m. or sold out, as we welcome back Chef Brandt Bishop and his team. They’ll be cranking out their Gozney-fired, naturally leavened, Neapolitan-style pizzas outside the winery.

We’ll be pouring three new wines and offering tastes on the house. Find one you love and get a bottle to share alongside one of Brandt’s famous pies.
