The Colorado Uncorked event is the culmination of the Colorado Governor’s Cup competition, where the 2026 Governor’s Cup Collection and “Best in Show” awards are announced.

Come out this Friday, October 2, for CHILI NIGHT 🌶️

That’s right! Smack in the middle of harvest, our team is cooking for YOU!

Chefs Dan and Ana are away this Friday, so our team is coming together to throw you a homemade chili night, featuring both meat and vegetarian options, along with all the fixings. We couldn’t leave you hanging without food here on a Friday.

While this is a donation-based dining experience, we’ll still have a new selection of our white and rosé w**es chilled down and ready for you to enjoy, along with a seasonal w**e cocktail.

Jayme, Steve, and Lee, along with her husband, Rick, have prepped a delicious lineup for you.

Lee Williams is baking CORNBREAD!! 🌽 And Mountain Oven Organic Bakery is also doing some heavy lifting for us!

It’s a summertime TRADITION. We’ve got back-to-back days with the perfect food to pair with our new w**e lineup, featuring just-shucked oysters, buttery lobster rolls, fresh poke bowls, and crispy dumplings.

While you don’t need a ticket to attend our events or tastings this weekend, it’s defining a good idea to grab one, especially if you’re going to be visiting multiple w**eries in the North Fork Valley.

We’ve received over an inch of rain in the past week!

And while a large portion of it was on Friday night with guests everywhere during our weekly MANGIA event (thanks for being so chill Dan and Ana and chef team), we have been thankful for the moisture. And there’s more coming this week!

All that said, we’re still in a terrible drought year in Western Colorado, and we’re all concerned for what that may bring over the next few months. Support your local farmers by getting out and going to their places! (West Elks W**e Trail is July 31- August 2 😉)
