Hello everyone, just a reminder about tomorrows meeting: Nov. 8th at 6:30 p.m. at the Cattlefeeders Coral at the Fairgrounds.
✨We are encouraging that parents join us for this meeting as we go over some very important topics at this meeting which will include:

1. The 2023 Fayette Co. Fair activities for the kids.
The awards get together for the exhibitors and families
2. Update an explanation of fundraising efforts and allocations for the show.
3. The 2023 BEST Show requirements, show dates and what the sponsor donations will be going toward for the exhibitors.
4. Bring your drawings so we can vote on a design for shirts!

Hello all! Our meeting will be October 26th at 7:00 pm at the Cattlefeeders Coral.

Reminders:

1. If you would like to participate in the drawing contest for the t-shirt/sweatshirt design and haven't turned one in yet we would love for you to create one and bring it to the meeting. Everyone will vote on their favorite design.

2. If you have any sponsor sheets or money please bring that as well.

Happy Sunday Friends!! Just a reminder that our next meeting is this Monday, September 12th at 6:30 p.m. at the Cattlefeeder's Coral at the Fairgrounds.

🔸A couple quick reminders:
- Bring your drawings/sketches for the sweatshirt/ t-shirt designs. Each of you will present them to us and we will all vote on your favorite.
- If you have gotten sponsors for the show please bring those with you so we can begin keeping track. I have more sponsor sheets for those who didnt get them or need more. Remember the one who raises the most will receive an award.
-Be thinking if you would like to hold an officer position and if so which one.
-We begin keeping track of points for the points system for each of you at this meeting.

The 2023 Mardi Gras Masquerade Cattle Show is slowly approaching!! In 175 days we will be welcoming all of you to Columbus!!

Fayette County families, farmers, business owners, and individuals this is an incredible opportunity to get your name out there and receive wonderful advertising all while supporting the cattle kids.
