If reading things in full isn’t your thing, and you prefer skimming over rules and instructions…this post (well, honestly any of my availability posts 💁🏼♀️) probably isn’t for you.
Alright y’all, I thought long and hard about this. Between the nonstop rain for dayssss and trying to stay caught up on farm chores, getting extra outside work done has been nearly impossible lately.
A lot of you missed out on the first round of Welsummer breeding pairs and trios, so when the rain finally paused this morning 🙌🏼 (even though there’s more coming 🤪), I was able to put together a few more groups.
HOWEVER, I do need to say this kindly but clearly...before reaching out, please make sure you can pick up within 48 hours. I’m ALWAYS flexible with pickup times, but it gets really frustrating when we agree on a time, I get birds packed up and ready, and then there’s a no show with no message until the next day saying, “Sorry, but I can come today.” 🤦🏼♀️ From this point forward, if that happens, I will no longer respond to your messages.
I completely understand that life happens and emergencies come up. But this has happened way more than you’d think, and with the amount of time, care, and work that goes into maintaining and preparing these groups, I just can’t keep doing the constant back and forth scheduling.
Also, all of my posts clearly list my location (Amelia, VA), so please plug it into your GPS BEFORE committing to pickup. And please keep in mind, the prices reflect the years of hard work, dedication, and selective breeding I’ve poured into my lines.
So with that being said 😅
If you’re serious and ready, send me a message AFTER I make the post. 💕
