Creative Lead (Design + E-Commerce + Brand)
📍 Houston, TX (In-Person Only) 💰 $60,000 Base + Performance Bonus
🔥PhoLicious is one of the fastest growing brands in the category, bringing Gourmet Instant Cuisine to thousands of retail locations nationwide. With strong e-commerce growth, we’re building something special, and we’re just getting started.
🎯 This role has a clear path to expanding & expressing our brand as we continue to scale nationally. You won’t just be designing, you’ll help define how our brand shows up across:
* Retail * E-commerce * Social * Advertising
This person will take charge of the following:
🎨 Brand & Creative - Own and evolve the visual identity of PhoLicious
Design high-impact creatives for:
* Website (Shopify)
* Amazon & Walmart product pages
* Paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Walmart Connect)
* Retail sell sheets & marketing materials
* Build templates and systems for scalable content
💻 E-Commerce Optimization
* Improve product page performance (conversion-focused design)
* Create A+ content and enhanced PDP visuals
* Collaborate on campaigns that drive online sales
🚀 Campaign & Content Support
* Support social and content with strong visual direction
* Design assets for launches, promotions, and retail activations
* Help bring consistency across all channels
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years experience in design, branding, or creative roles
* Strong portfolio (THIS IS REQUIRED)
Experience with:
* E-commerce brands (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart preferred)
* Paid ad creative
* Brand systems and visual consistency
Proficiency in:
* Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
* Figma or similar tools
🔥 Bonus Points
* Food or CPG experience
* Experience with short-form content (TikTok/Reels)
* Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS)
⚠️ This Role Is NOT For Someone Who:
* Only knows Canva or basic design tools
* Needs constant direction
* Has no understanding of what drives sales
💰 Compensation - Base Salary: $60,000 annually
🎯 Performance Bonus (Up to $20,000) - Bonus is tied to measurable impact across three areas:
📈 1. E-Commerce Performance (40%)
🎨 2. Creative Output & Systems (30%)
🚀 3. Brand Growth (30%)
