Mascarpone mousse ๐ซ
Thick liquid cream 250 ml
Plain chocolate 220 g
Mascarpone 220 g
Chocolate chips
1 tablespoon
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Salt 1 pinch
Boil half of the thick cream over medium heat. Then remove from the heat.
Add the dark chocolate cut into pieces and mix until it melts. Then add the vanilla extract and salt. Mix, transfer to a bowl and let cool.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone with the rest of the cold liquid cream. Beat at medium speed with an electric whisk.
Add half of the melted chocolate while beating.
Pour the mousse into cups before covering them with cling film. Reserve in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips before serving the chocolate and mascarpone mousse.

Rosemary-lemon yogurt dip
cup whole milk Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
ยฝ teaspoon salt
ยฝ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
In a bowl stir together the yogurt, rosemary, garlic, lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Serve with roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
Dough
Flour 0000, 175 g
Salt, a pinch
Sugar, 20 g
Butter, 80 g
Cold water, 2 to 3 tablespoons
Stuffed
Psy nuts, 200 g
Eggs, 3
Cream of milk, 60 g
Butter, 60 g
Cane honey, 150 g
Whole sugar, 150 g
Preparation
Shell the cold butter with the flour mixed with the salt and sugar, taking care that there are a few pieces of butters because that will make the dough more puffy. Incorporate the cold water and combine everything without kneading. Let it rest in the fridge.
In the meantime, prepare the filling. Put the cream, butter, cane honey in a casserole and heat everything well. Let the heat go down and add the eggs a little beaten.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, spread it in a 26 cm diameter pan, lightly brushed with butter.
Leave nuts on the surface and chop the remaining ones thick. Distribute on the basis of the dough. Pour the egg milkshake over them, match and finish with the reserved nuts.
Bake at a temperature of 180ยฐ for about 35 minutes.
Remove, cool and serve.

This cranberry sauce is the perfect accompaniment to your Thanksgiving dinner
Ingredients
1 ยฝ Cups of brown sugar
1 Cup of orange juice
4 Cups of fresh or frozen blueberries, do not thaw them
1 Spoonful of orange zest
Instructions ๐ฉโ๐ณ๐จโ๐ณ
In a pot of 3โ4 gallon, heat the brown sugar and orange juice to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the blueberries. Heat until it boils. Boil for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently until you see the blueberries burst or open and the mixture has thickened. Add the orange peel zest.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until you are going to serve it.

We are already preparing for Halloween ๐ with a fun recipe for the little ones Mummy sausage - 4 large sausages - 1 sheet of puff pastry - Mustard - 8 black peppercorns Fumage Making this recipe is super easy, the first thing we have to do is unroll and spread the puff pastry. We will cut the puff pastry into strips approximately 1 centimeter wide. Next, we wrap each sausage with the puff pastry strips, as you can see in the photo of this recipe. ๐ฅ We preheat our oven to 180ยบ C and when it has reached temperature, we introduce the sausages with the oven tray for 12-15 minutes until the puff pastry is completely done. We remove the sausages from the oven and make the eyes of each one with a few points of mustard. Then we stick the peppercorns on the mustard so that they are like little eyes. Now we can serve to the table these delicious mummy sausages for Halloween. Serve with homemade ketchup and you'll see how everyone loves it, especially the little ones in the house. Enjoy!! I bought a pepper grinder and tonight while cooking dinner the entire top came off and pepper corns everywhere. Not a good product if the dam top comes off. What a friggin mess in my kitchen. Not purchasing this anymore.
