Although this is scary -Today I’m sharing a piece of my story of life in hopes it helps ,inspires, or triggers others into betterment ! Some things can only be understood after you’ve survived them.
At the beginning of this year I was basically baker acted and spent 72 hours in a psych ward , at that time I was going through a season that changed me deeply. I lost parts of myself, had to face things I didn’t understand, and ultimately found my way back to God and to myself.

I also want to clarify something from the video: I know my Mary/feet reference wasn’t biblically accurate. I wasn’t trying to give a Bible lesson, and I could have explained that reference better in regards to Jesus having a relationship with the Mary. The point I was trying to portray was grace, redemption, love, and the way God can see value in someone that people have already decided is unworthy. You can figure out the point I was making even if I didn’t tell the story perfectly. 😂❤️

What people may label as “broken,” “too much,” or even “trash,” God can still call a treasure. Man sees the outside; God knows the entire story.

And with that same grace, I’m taking accountability for my own part. I apologize to anyone I hurt while I was trying to find myself again. I’m sorry for the ways my pain, confusion, or losing myself may have affected you.

But I’m also not waiting around for apologies that may never come.

I’ve learned that forgiveness doesn’t always mean reconciliation. I can forgive you, wish you well, and still decide that I don’t want to be cool, connected, or in communication with you anymore.

I said I’m sorry. I meant it. But that doesn’t mean I’m reopening doors that God helped me close.

So consider this my release.

No hard feelings. No revenge. No more explaining myself. No more energy exchanges.

You can pretend I’m dead if that makes it easier. 😂 Because the version of me you knew is not the version that’s moving forward.

I’m choosing God. I’m choosing peace. I’m choosing growth. I’m choosing the life I’m building.

And as I ascend into everything God has for me, I genuinely wish you well…

…but you

Happy Sunday. 🤍

This week, I’m getting back to the basics: prayer, peace, discipline, family, business, and movement.

I’m learning that I don’t have to engage with everything that comes my way. I can set boundaries without becoming negative, protect my peace without fighting, and keep moving without explaining every step.

I’m also learning to be okay with losing sometimes. I can take a loss, get back up, and try again. I know my problems are mine to face, and if I have to face them alone, I trust myself to do it with grace, wisdom, and dignity.

I don’t need to blame anyone for where I am. I need to take responsibility for where I go next.

And through every mistake, setback, transition, disappointment, and uncertain season, God has carried me. When I couldn’t see the way forward, He still made a way.

So this week, I’m returning to my path. I’m pouring into what pours back into me, staying focused on what God placed in my hands, and refusing to let confusion pull me away from my purpose.

I can fall and still rise.
I can lose and still rebuild.
I can be misunderstood and still remain at peace.
I can face my own life—and face it beautifully.

I come in peace. I choose peace. I protect my peace. 🕊️

Amen. Ase. 🤍

Happy Sunday. 🤍

This month, I’m choosing to trust God’s table instead of trying to write my own menu.

August, I welcome you with faith, gratitude, expectation, and peace. I pray this month is filled with answered prayers, divine favor, safe travels, restored relationships, joyful celebrations, abundant opportunities, and the courage to accept whatever God has prepared for me.

This week, I’m returning to the Psalms, strengthening my body, reconnecting with my children, speaking with wisdom, and putting my affairs in order one step at a time. I’m choosing structure over chaos, peace over pride, and surrender over control.

I speak life over this entire month. I pray that everyone connected to me receives good news, walks in purpose, and experiences God’s love in a fresh way.

I no longer believe life is à la carte. I trust the table God has already prepared for me.

Here’s to a beautiful August.

Amen. Ase. 💛✨

There really is no such thing as celebrating my baby too much, so don’t be surprised if y’all see several birthday celebrations. 💙🎉

Today was one of the sweetest, simplest ones. My best friend, my beautiful nieces, my princess, and our family came together to love on our birthday boy. His Aunt Kharry surprised him with the cutest birthday cake, and his daddy turned it into a little Little Caesars pizza party. 🍕🎂

Being able to come back to Baton Rouge on his day was one of the greatest gifts God could’ve given me. There wasn’t anywhere else I wanted to be.

And can we talk about my little fella for a second?! 😍 He is so handsome! He’s filled out so much this summer, his personality gets brighter every day, and his smile lights up every room he’s in.

Happy Birthday to my sweet boy, Herman III. Mommy loves you beyond words, and I pray God continues to bless you, protect you, and guide you every single day of your life. 💙✨

This week’s Godly Goals were inspired by two gifts I never want to take for granted: celebrating my Great-Grandmother Johnny Mae’s 99 years of life and hearing my cousin, Patrick Daniels, preach for the first time in person.

One reminded me what legacy looks like. The other reminded me what movement requires.

No one can stop what God has purposed. But I can’t keep standing still, waiting for perfect timing, perfect clarity, or perfect circumstances.

This week, I’m finishing what I started. Preparing for what’s next. Pouring deeper into prayer. Leaning into love. Depending on God more than my own understanding.

Thank You, God, for 99 years of Johnny Mae—for the roots she planted, the family You built through her, and the grace You’ve shown generation after generation.

I’m done gazing. I’m moving.

Amen. Ase. 💚🌳✨

“Just keep showing up.”

Road to 45 • Month 3 🏃🏽‍♀️🍑🤎

Before y’all ask… 😂

Road to 45 isn’t about my age. It’s my personal fitness goal.

I’m working toward building 45-inch glutes through consistent training, nutrition, and discipline. No shortcuts. No overnight transformations. Just showing up, one workout at a time.

I started this journey in May, and this is Month 3.

This morning’s workout:

🏃🏽‍♀️ Jog to warm up
🔥 Butt kicks
⚡ High knees
🤸🏽‍♀️ 40 leg openers
🧘🏽‍♀️ 40-second deep flat-foot squat hold

Then it was time to work.

For filming, I completed one of my three lunge sets before my squat circuit (normally I alternate them).

Today’s squat circuit:
🍑 Mid-level squat walks
🍑 Deep squat walks
🍑 Step & squat finish

Then I finished my remaining lunge sets—a mix of front and backward lunges—before cooling down with a walk and ending the workout the same way I started…

🏃🏽‍♀️ Running home.

This journey isn’t about having the perfect body.

It’s about proving to myself that consistency changes everything.

Every workout is another step closer to my goal.

Road to 45. See y’all tomorrow. 🤎✨

Some endings deserve to be mourned—but not relived. I’m choosing peace. No regrets. No bitterness. Just release. Real love existed. So did real hurt. I honor both, and I release both. God is preparing a table for me, and I don’t need a seat at theirs anymore. 🖤🕊️ Psalm 23:5

Happy Sunday. 🤍

Today was my first time visiting my childhood church since moving back home, and God met me exactly where I was.

This week’s message reminded me that I don’t have to pretend to have it all together. I don’t have to hide my struggles or carry shame. My responsibility is to keep coming back to God, trusting Him to continue the work He’s doing in me.

Chapter 7 reminded me of my humanity.
Chapter 8 reminded me of God’s grace.

This week I’m choosing to stop striving in my own strength and start trusting God’s. I’m focusing less on everyone else’s journey and more on the woman He’s calling me to become.

Every week these Godly Goals become less about checking boxes and more about documenting my walk with Christ. Some weeks I fall short. Some weeks I grow tremendously. But every week I return.

There is no condemnation in Christ—only grace, growth, and another opportunity to begin again.

Here’s to another week of becoming.

Amen. 🤍
