It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the passing of our Father and the Founder of KDK R.j. Taylor.

We still intend on keeping his dream of providing the city of Houston and the state of Texas with excellent food. We will be implementing a few changes and posting more information as we go. One major change will be the name of the company. To honor our late father we are renaming KDK to his nickname “Fuddy”….

Fuddy’s was his first choice but he felt it wasn’t creative enough, against our objections.

This was what he worked for and hoped to grow. And we feel that there would be no better way to honor him than to make sure the world knows his name one way or another
